The external thermal insulation system “ PAULINKOIBENTA STF” with Stiferite Class S, it will be made by means of l’ use of insulating panels made with PIR foam covered on both sides with saturated glass fleece, CE marked according to the current standard EN 13165: 2001 with dimensions of 1200 x 600 mm for a variable thickness from 40 to 200 mm (to be chosen according to the type of wall and thermo-hygrometric calculations), and having the following characteristics:
Thermal conductivity &lambda ;: 0.028 W / m· K for thicknesses from 40 to 70 mm 0.026 W / m· K for thicknesses > 80 mm
Reaction to fire: Euroclass E (UNI EN 13501-1)
Resistance diff. steam μ 56 ± 2 (UNI EN 12086)
The insulating panel will be positioned and fixed (starting at least 1-2 cm above the walking surface) by means of a starting profile in pre-painted aluminum with drip that will have the function of aligning and containing the slabs perimeter to the support.
L’ anchoring of the insulating panels, laid falsely, will be carried out by applying adhesive mortar such as LAMPOKAPPA R631, P6A, P6A B, G, Alleggerito, Elastocapp, applied in strips along the edges and always in points in the center of the panel (with a bonding surface ≥ 30 # 37) and l’ insertion of suitable anchors, at a rate of 4-8 / m2 (depending on the type of substrate).
The polystyrene panels will be coated on site with a layer of adhesive mortar made with products such as LAMPOKAPPA R631, P6A, P6A B, G, Alleggerito, Elastocapp, LAMPOCIVIL R632 (white leveling coat for universal use with civil finish), in which it will be drowned an alkali-resistant fiberglass net with rectangular meshes 3.80 x 4.14 mm and an area mass > 150 g / m2.
The laying of the reinforcement mesh “ RETE 160-A” it must be carried out between the 1st and 2nd coat of the smoothing layer, providing for the overlapping of the edges of at least 10 cm and 15 cm near the edges, which will be protected with relative edge protectors in pre-painted aluminum or PVC with pre-assembled mesh.
The thick finishing layer will be made with coatings such as:
LAMATO COAT PREVEN Acrylic wallcovering, microfiber, with tonachino effect, with anti-mold / anti-algae additives
CLASS COAT PREVEN Continuous wall covering, acrylic, with anti-mold / anti-algae additive.
SANO COAT Microfibre acrylic siloxane wall covering with tonachino effect, anti-mold, anti-algae additive
SILOX COAT Smoothed siloxane wall covering, microfiber, with tonachino effect, with anti-mold / anti-algae additives
SILK COAT Wall covering with smoothed effect based on potassium silicate (anti-mold / anti-algae additive) and must be preceded by the application of the respective fixative.
