In houses without insulation or with insufficient insulation, there is a constant passage of heat “ thermal flow” from 26-rsquo; inside to 26-rsquo; outside in cold periods and from 26-rsquo; outside to 26-rsquo; inside in hot periods. These causes are mainly due to the irradiation of the wall and the ability of building materials to transmit heat (conduction).
The system “ PAULINKOIBENTA” obtained the ETA n° Certification from ITC-CNR (Institute for Construction Technologies); 08/0354 (European Technical Approval) or the European technical approval, certifying that the system has passed a severe cycle of tests and guarantees a high level of performance and represents a declaration of compliance of the product with specific standards in terms of mechanical stability, safety to fire, hygiene, acoustics and energy saving.
The system compliant in all its components with the ETAG 004 guidelines consists of:
1. powder adhesive for l’ bonding and smoothing of thermal insulation panels.
2. insulating panels in sintered expanded polystyrene (EPS 120).
3. Reinforced with primed glass fiber net (alkali resistant).
4. powder adhesive for smoothing thermal insulation panels.
5. primer layer.
6. finishing layer.
7. accessory materials of the system: corner profiles - corner protectors - dowels.
In case of installation in new buildings, the flatness conditions of the substrate, its accurate and correct curing, its cleaning against dust or traces of release agent must be checked and restored, where necessary. In the case of installation in existing buildings, the conditions of flatness, absence of general and localized deterioration, must be checked and restored, where necessary, l’ removal or consolidation of paints and plasters not able to guarantee a good adhesion over time. It is also necessary to clean the substrate and verify the absence of permanent rising damp phenomena.
LAMPOKAPPA R631. Adhesive-smoothing powder based on modified hydraulic binders, granulometrically selected siliceous aggregates and special polymers with very high resistance to saponification.
In a period of time between 2 and 10 days from the laying of the base layer and of the reinforcement and in relation to the environmental thermohygrometric conditions (and in any case with a perfectly dry surface), it is applied (spread with a trowel d-26 -rsquo; steel and finishing with a plastic trowel) the finishing layer due to:
