PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT AND INSTRUCTIONS ON THE APPLICATION CYCLE:
Cementitious Substrates: mechanically resistant, perfectly clean, dry, and brushed.
If smooth, they should be appropriately roughened. In the case of slightly absorbent substrates, dilute
the first coat with Ethyl Alcohol (5 - 10%) to ensure better adhesion to
the surface.
Iron: sandblasting to white metal is essential (Grade S A 2 - S A 2 1/2).
Other materials: preliminary tests are recommended to verify adhesion.
Make sure the surface hardness and the possible absence of residual moisture in the support.

CATALYSIS OF THE PRODUCT:
Components A and B must be thoroughly mixed before application by pouring component B
over component A according to the catalysis ratios specified. Be careful to
catalyze by mixing only the quantity of material compatible with the
pot life (refer to the technical data sheet).

Immediately proceed to the application of two or more coats
with a hard bristle brush, a short pile roller of EPOXY NON-TOXIC
continuing without interruption until the catalyzed product is exhausted.

NOTE: Any hardened product in the container is no longer recoverable. Tools and surfaces
potentially dirtied during application must be cleaned with ethyl alcohol
before the product hardens.
